CEO
Mr. Coviello brings to Vycor Medical
Inc over 25 years experience in
building profitable medical device companies. His broad spectrum of
experience includes the successful design, development, sales,
marketing, and operations of various medical devices. He will utilize
his broad array and proven track record in helping to set the strategic
direction for Vycor Medical. As CEO, Mr. Coviello's background and
vision lends scope and momentum to Vycor's short and long-term goals.
Mr. Coviello's most recent position was Misonix Inc. a NASDAQ listed
medical device company that specializes in ultrasonic surgical devices
for orthopedic, neurosurgical, wound, laparascopic and urological
applications. Mr. Coviello served as the Senior Vice President of
Medical Products with resposinbilties for Sales, Marketing and
Operations.
Previous to this, Coviello served as President of Lumex and Vice
President of Graham Field, manufacturers of medical devices.

N. Vinas
President
Ms. Vinas brings extensive experience in the development of
international and domestic revenues. Her dedication and experience has
taken her across the globe in the promotion of numerous medical devices.
Her passion for providing the medical community with highly innovative
and specialized devices has proven to add value to the teams she works
with. She is responsible for exploring new and emerging markets for Vycor, broadening global sales channels through business development,
forging worldwide alliances and expanding the distribution network-all
in an effort to streamline the supply chain and improve the bottom line.
Ms. Vinas' most recent position was with Misonix Incorporated, a
NASDAQ listed medical device company that specialized in ultrasonic
surgical devices for orthopedic, neurosurgical, wound, laparascopic and
urological applications. Ms. Vinas served as the Director of Sales and
Business Development of the Medical Division.
Her responsibilities included business development and high-level
executive contact at some of the largest device companies in the world
such as Tyco, Mentor, and Aesculap Braun. Previously, Ms. Vinas oversaw
the capital purchases for new equipment and technologies at Good
Samaritan Hospital.

A. D. Novak
Director of Engineering
& R&D
Theodore Novak currently serves as the Director of Engineering and R&D
for Vycor Medical. He is responsible for Engineering, New Product
Development and R&D. He brings over 20 years of experience in the
medical, surgical and product development industry to Vycor. He is
experienced in Product and Business development, Engineering and R&D,
Quality and Regulatory Affairs and Operations Management. He previously
served as Director of Medical Product Engineering for Misonix Inc. a
NASDAQ listed medical device manufacturer that specializes in ultrasonic
surgical devices for orthopedic, neurosurgical, wound, laparoscopic and
urological applications. His responsibilities included all medical
product development including the complete lifecycle from concept
through manufacturing and on to upgrades and next generation.
Mr. Novak has also worked for several years as a consultant in various
product development fields including surgical and orthopedic products,
intellectual property and business development. Mr. Novak is listed as
an inventor on more than a 20 U.S. and international patent and patent
pending products and has been influential in the development of many new
products and technology. Mr. Novak holds a degree in Engineering from
Hofstra University in New York.

A. Tobias
Director of Marketing
Steve Tobias is the Director of Marketing for Vycor Medical Inc. Having
served the medical manufacturing community for 22 years in both
marketing and sales capacities for market-leading medical companies, he
brings expertise in many aspects of medical products used in surgery.
Some of the companies he worked for include STERIS (marketing position
developing products for low temperature sterilization and a sales
position for all phases of O.R. capital equipment); Olympus Medical
Division (developed and marketed devices for upper and lower GI
endoscopy); Misonix (developed and marketed capital surgical equipment
for neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery and plastic surgery); Datex-Ohmeda
(sales and training on anesthesia machines and hemodynamic monitoring
systems) and Smith +Nephew (sales and consulting on products for
physical therapy).
He has successfully researched, developed and integrated new products
both branded and private label into the operating room and sterile
processing department, as well as conducted successful clinical trials
that lead to manufacturing commitments. Steve has created programs to
increase sales and market share and he brings to Vycor Medical an
expertise in marketing management, sales and product training, valuable
surgeon relationships and increasing profitability which support the
long-term strategic plans of Vycor.
