Kenneth
T. Coviello
CEO
and Director
Mr. Coviello brings to Vycor Medical Inc over 25 years experience in
building profitable medical device companies. His broad spectrum of
experience includes the successful design, development, sales,
marketing, and operations of various medical devices. He will utilize
his broad array and proven track record in helping to set the strategic
direction for Vycor Medical. As CEO & Director, Mr. Coviello's
background and vision lends scope and momentum to Vycor's short and
long-term goals.
Mr. Coviello's most recent position was Misonix Inc. a NASDAQ listed
medical device company that specializes in ultrasonic surgical devices
for orthopedic, neurosurgical, wound care, laparoscopic and urological
applications. Mr. Coviello served as the Senior Vice President of
Medical Products with responsibilities for Sales, Marketing and
Operations.
Previous to this, Mr. Coviello served as President of Lumex and Vice
President of Graham Field, manufacturers of medical devices.

Heather
N. Vinas
Founder and Director
Ms. Vinas brings extensive experience in the development of
international and domestic revenues. Her dedication and experience has
taken her across the globe in the promotion of numerous medical devices.
Her passion for providing the medical community with highly innovative
and specialized devices has proven to add value to the teams she works
with.
Ms. Vinas' most recent position was with Misonix Incorporated, a NASDAQ
listed medical device company that specialized in ultrasonic surgical
devices for orthopedic, neurosurgical, wound care, laparoscopic and
urological applications. Ms. Vinas served as the Director of Sales and
Business Development of the Medical Division.
Her responsibilities included but were not limited to all aspects of
domestic and global business development with high-level executive
contact including some of the largest medical device companies in the
world such as Tyco, US Surgical, Mentor, ACMI, Richard Wolf, and
Aesculap B. Braun. Some of her other responsibilities included product
development, product management and project leadership roles. She also
implemented the direct brand marketing of the company’s ultrasonic
surgical aspect in the international markets. Previously, Ms. Vinas
oversaw capital purchases for new equipment and technologies at Good
Samaritan Hospital.
